Every agency has the same first problem: finding creators who go live often enough, in the region you cover, who are not already signed. Scrolling the For You page does not do it. The creators who earn are on the LIVE rankings, and the rankings are public. This guide is about reading them well.
Where the creators are
TikTok publishes daily LIVE rankings per country, and inside each country it groups creators into league divisions from A1 at the top down to D5. A creator in a B-league in your country streams regularly and earns; that is the profile most agencies want. The A-leagues are mostly signed already, and the D-leagues are new accounts you would be developing from zero.
Start with your own region. An agency registered for one country can only sign creators TikTok places in that country, so a ranking from somewhere else is a list you cannot use.
How to read one board
- Rank and handle: who is on the board today. The same handle three days running is a creator with a schedule.
- Diamonds or points: the day's earnings, in TikTok's own unit. Use it to compare creators on the same board, not across countries.
- Movement: a creator climbing from C2 to B5 over a month is growing. A creator falling is losing an audience, and may be open to help.
- The bottom of a board matters more than the top for recruiting: those are the creators an agency can still change something for.
Check before you write
A name on a board is not yet a lead. Before a first message, look at the public profile: how many days did they go live in the last month, roughly how many hours, is there an agency tag or a manager in the bio, does the content fit what you run. Agencies that skip this step write to far more people to sign the same number, and every wasted message is a small mark against the account.
You can do the check by hand in the app. If you do it for more than a dozen names a day, a check tool pays for itself in an afternoon: you send it a handle, it reads only what the profile already shows publicly, and answers whether the creator meets the rules you set. Ours is a Telegram bot and checks are unlimited on every plan, the free one included.
Keep a daily list going
A ranking changes every day, so the useful habit is a daily pass, not a monthly project. Ten minutes: open the board for your league, note the new names since yesterday, run the check on each, write to the ones that fit. Do it at the same hour and the list stays short.
On the free plan you get one league board of your region in full, and the first three rows of every other board. That is enough for one recruiter working one league. When you outgrow it, a package opens the whole region.

Where do TikTok LIVE creator rankings come from?
TikTok publishes them: a daily ranking per country, grouped into league divisions from A1 to D5. Our boards mirror those rankings for the regions we collect, once a day. No figure on them is calculated by us.
How many creators should I write to per day?
Fewer than you think. Check each name first — live days, hours, an existing agency — and write only to the ones that fit. Every plan we sell stops at 200 first messages a day, which is TikTok's own ceiling; most agencies do well far below it.
