Question 1

How do the packages work?

Accepted Answer

Each package is one monthly subscription that bundles several tools under a single price. Pick the size that fits your roster today — moving up or down later takes one message.

Question 2

Can we see it before subscribing?

Accepted Answer

That's exactly what the demo is for. Book a call, we share our screen, plug in one of your live rooms and let you click around until it feels right. No card, no commitment.

Question 3

What if it turns out not to fit?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any month, no questions. And if a smaller package covers you, we'll say so — tools should pay for themselves, and we'd rather fix that than keep billing you.

Question 4

Is there a free trial?

Accepted Answer

Free is the trial. Start free — no card, no time limit — with unlimited checks and five messages a day, and upgrade when you need more messages. Nothing becomes a paid package on its own.

Question 5

How do I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Message your manager and it stops at the end of the current period. Nothing is charged after that.

Question 6

Do your streamers get the games too?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as separate products. TeamGames and TeamTok are Windows apps on the games site: a free plan for ever, and the first 3 live streams on Pro. Setup guides: games.teammedia.agency/setup/teamgames and games.teammedia.agency/setup/teamtok.
