1. Scope
This License Agreement governs use of TeamMedia software products: agency tools, game engines, overlays, dashboards and related documentation (the "Software"), whether delivered as hosted services or configuration for your streams. It supplements the Terms of Service.
2. License grant
Subject to payment, TeamMedia LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software for your own streams and, for agency plans, streams you directly manage, during the paid term and per the plan's stated limits (seats, streamers, concurrent sessions).
3. Restrictions
- No reselling, renting, white-labeling or offering the Software to third parties as your own service without a written partnership agreement.
- No reverse engineering, decompiling or extracting source code, except where law expressly permits.
- No removing or obscuring proprietary notices, watermarks or attribution required by the plan.
- No use of the Software to violate the Acceptable Use Policy or platform rules.
4. Ownership
The Software is licensed, not sold. TeamMedia LLC and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest, including improvements and feedback-derived features. Your stream content, branding and data remain yours; game configurations we build for you may be reused by you for the license term.
5. Updates and availability
Hosted Software is updated continuously; we aim for backwards-compatible changes and announce breaking changes in the Changelog with reasonable notice. Target availability is stated on the Status page.
6. Term and termination
The license runs for the paid term and ends on expiry or termination for material breach. On termination you must stop using the Software; sections on ownership, disclaimers and liability survive. Fees are handled per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Warranty and liability
The warranty disclaimers and liability limits of the Terms of Service apply to the Software. Nothing here excludes non-excludable statutory warranties.
